Since I figured smaller goals are better than bigger ones, I’m going to set a relatively short term goal for myself.
By April 25, I’d like to weigh 151. Possible? It’ll have to be.
I can’t keep eating shit. I can’t do it. It’s emotionally killing me.
Okay guys. So I’m super depressed. I’ve wasted countless hours training, and tons of money. I just can’t lose weight! It kills me to try on a pair of jeans I can barely get past my thighs, when last year I could instantly. I know it’s my diet, but I completely lack the motivation. Someone help!!! I am so trapped in this endless cycle of overeating and wasting tons of money/ energy on things. Someone channel me the willpower.
